Delete your Saddle Riders account

Saddle Riders is operated by WLF Tech. You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

• A rider: open Profile, then tap Delete account and confirm.
• A stable owner: on your home screen, tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Write to info@wlf-tech.com from the email address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We will do it within 30 days and tell you when it is done. We may need to check that the account is yours first.

What is deleted

• Your account and your sign-in.
• Your profile: your name, phone number, photo and language.
• Your favourites.
• Every review you have written. The stables you reviewed are re-rated without them.
• If you own a stable: its listing, with its photos, lessons and prices, coaches and weekly timetable, every review of it, and your application to list it.

Nothing is kept afterwards, except where the law requires us to keep it or we need it to handle a dispute that is already open.

A guest has no account, so there is nothing to delete. Signing out, or removing the app, is enough.
