Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 27 September 2026
1. Who we are
Saddle Riders is operated by WLF Tech ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@wlf-tech.com.
These terms are an agreement between you and us. They apply every time you use the Saddle Riders app. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
2. What Saddle Riders is, and what it is not
Saddle Riders is a directory of riding stables in Egypt. It shows you each stable's photos, facilities, lessons and prices, coaches, weekly timetable and reviews, and gives you the stable's phone number, WhatsApp and directions. It is free to use.
Nothing is booked or paid in the app, and we take no commission. When you want a lesson, you contact the stable yourself and arrange it with them. Any agreement about a lesson, its price, its time or its cancellation is between you and the stable. We are not a party to it and we do not take part in it.
We do not teach, and we do not own horses or arenas. The lesson is provided by the stable, at its premises, with its horses and its staff. The stable decides what is taught, which horse you ride, and whether a lesson can go ahead safely. Its own rules apply while you are on its property.
3. Your account
You can browse Saddle Riders as a guest, without an account. You need an account to save favourites and to write reviews. You must be at least 18 years old to hold one.
When you sign up you choose whether you are a rider or a stable owner. That choice sets what the app lets you do and does not change afterwards. We review stable applications, and we can take a stable down at any time (see section 7).
Please keep your details accurate and your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at info@wlf-tech.com if you think somebody else has access to it.
4. Prices, timetables and what a stable publishes
Everything on a stable's page — its prices, lessons, timetable, coaches, facilities, photos, phone number and address — is the stable's own information. The stable gives it to us and can change it at any time. We do not independently verify it, and we do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current.
Confirm the price and the time with the stable before you go. A timetable shows when a stable usually runs a lesson, not a place held for you.
5. Riding is a physical activity, and it carries risk
Horse riding can cause serious injury. You take part at your own risk, and on the stable's terms, not ours.
Before you ride, make sure that:
- you are medically fit to ride, and you tell the stable about any condition, injury or pregnancy that affects it;
- you follow the instructions of your coach and the rules of the stable;
- you wear a properly fitted helmet and suitable footwear;
- you understand that the stable, not us, is responsible for the horse, the arena and the supervision of the lesson.
Check whether the stable's insurance covers you, and consider your own. We do not insure you.
6. Reviews and what you write
Any signed-in rider can review a stable, once. Writing again replaces your earlier review, and you can delete your own review at any time. Write honestly and about your own experience.
Do not post anything false, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or personal about somebody else. Do not post anything you do not have the right to post.
We moderate reviews. We can delete a review that breaks these rules and, if it keeps happening, close the account behind it. We do not edit what you wrote, and we do not remove a review only because a stable dislikes it.
Your review is shown in the app with your name and profile photo.
7. If you are a stable owner
A separate set of obligations applies to you:
- The information you publish must be accurate and kept up to date — your prices, your timetable, your lessons, your phone number, your facilities and your coaches.
- You must have the right to publish what you post, including your photos and the names, photos and descriptions of your coaches, and their permission to show them.
- You deal with riders directly. Anything you agree with a rider, and anything a rider pays you, is between you and the rider.
- Keep the licences, insurance and permissions your business needs. We do not check them for you and we are not responsible for them.
You can hide your stable from riders at any time from the app, and show it again later.
We can take a stable down. If a listing is inaccurate or misleading, breaks these terms or the law, or puts riders at risk, we can hide it from riders. While it is taken down, only we can put it back. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to answer.
8. Things you may not do
Do not use Saddle Riders to break the law. Beyond that: no fake accounts, no fake or paid-for reviews, no reviewing your own stable or a competitor's, no scraping, no attempts to get at parts of the system that are not yours, and no interfering with how the app works.
9. Our content and yours
The Saddle Riders app, its name, its design and its code belong to us. You may use the app for its purpose, and nothing else.
What you post stays yours. By posting it — a review, a photo, a stable's listing — you give us permission to show it in the app, and on pages that link to it, for as long as it is published. When it is deleted, we stop showing it.
10. Suspending or closing an account
You can stop using Saddle Riders at any time. You can delete your account in the app from Profile → Delete account (a stable owner finds it on their home screen), or, without the app, by writing to info@wlf-tech.com.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, or that puts other people at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to answer.
11. What we are responsible for
We are responsible for running the app with reasonable care.
We are not responsible for a lesson or anything else you arrange with a stable, for the conduct of a stable, a coach or another rider, for injury or loss at a stable, or for the accuracy of what a stable publishes about itself.
Saddle Riders is free, and we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from your use of the app or from your dealings with a stable.
12. Changes
We may change these terms — for a new feature, a change in the law, or a change in how the app works. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you, by email or in the app, before it takes effect. Carrying on using Saddle Riders after that means you accept it.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Please write to us first at info@wlf-tech.com. Most things are quicker to fix that way.
